Do you cut timber to customised lengths?

Yes. Either send us your request, phone us, or bring in a sample, and we'll cut to any length. We can also match most eras and renovation project needs.

Are your sales people qualified?

Yes. You will be dealing with an industry expert, not just a sales person.

Do you have some hard to get products?

Yes. We stock many exclusive products.

Do you deliver?

We use Mainstream Freight Group for our extended courier services. We can courier throughout New Zealand anywhere to anywhere, long lengths and up to 1000kgs.

Are products safe to ship around New Zealand?

Yes. We use only the best couriers.

Do you have rimu?

Yes. We have a huge range of rimu products.

Can you match my renovation or restoration project?

Yes. Tell us what you want and we'll be able to match it.

What if you don't have it in stock?

Then we'll get it for you within a few days, and definitely within seven days.

Do you give trade discounts?

Yes, depending on the volume you order and payment terms. We are happy to discuss.

Can I open an account?

Yes. Talk to us about completing our pre-account application form and what critera you need to meet. Again, happy to discuss.

Can you put stock on hold while I confirm with my client?

Yes, happy to do so.

Do you have free samples?

Yes, but sometimes this depends on the availability of what you need. We will charge you the courier cost, but credit that cost back on your final invoice.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday: 7.30am-4.30pm. Our showroom and warehouse is at 39 Home Street, Mt Victoria, Wellington.

What guarantees do you have?

Standard consumer guarantee act.
